NOTICE

Rule regarding minimum attendance required for eligibility to register for University Examination and granting of duly leave/benefit of attendance

for co/extracurricular activities

Students having a minimum of 75% average attendance for all the subjects only can register for the examination.

Condonation of shortage of attendance to a maximum of 10 days in a semester, subject to a maximum of 2 times during the whole period of the programme may be granted by the University on valid grounds.

Benefit of attendance for participation in co/extracurricular activities,limited to a maximum of 10 days per semester may be granted to students by the institution subject to the following conditions:

  1. Students attending University/College union/Co-curricular activitiesshould seek prior permission from the Head of the Institution in writing, recommended by the staff in charge and the Head of the Department.Participation/attendance certificates from competent authorities endorsed by the Head ofthe Institution should be submitted within one week for getting benefit of attendance.
  2. All requests for blood donation shouldbe directed through the NSS Programme Officer.
  3. All eligible duty leave / attendance requests, subjected to a maximum of 10 days, for participation in co/extracurricular activities during the whole semester will be grantedat the end of semester.
